Jorden's little 4 year old cousin Abigail was admitted to the hospital today after having a seizure, and since arriving there has had 2 more and they don't know why.

Okay, so I've always hated the private thing.

Truthfully, I've reconnected with so many old friends through my blog that found me randomly, and I've made new friends too, finding people that are in my ward or neighborhood.

I have had some weird hits show up on this blog in my statcounter, which have started to make me a little uneasy. Honestly, I'm NOT paranoid about internet stuff (I probably should be), but the hits really have been a bit unsettling.

So I'm leaving this blog up for people to find me, and starting a private blog to use from now on. That way I think I'm satisfied with the benefits of both.

I figured I would post *something* while I have a moment to breathe. I started my new job on Saturday and it has completely consumed me ever since. I finally did manage to go out and take the girls for a little recreation this afternoon. My mom paid Ainsley $5 for watching Charley while she was in Idaho, so I promised her a target trip so she could buy a toy (apparently the girl is as good at saving money as I am.) And since target has a crapload of toys for 75-90% off she hit the motherload.

Jorden starts school Monday, poor kid.

I don't even know if I posted the unofficial one, but the announcement is that I have a job. I'll be doing transcribing from home like Hanna does. Full time for a while, then hopefully down to part time.

I just got the official notice yesterday.

Jim just got over some food poisoning.

Random Useless Information

Jim bought himself a celtics t-shirt a few weeks back.

Though, we have accomplished quite a bit. The office is now cleaned out (thanks mom!), the fan is hung in the master bedroom (thanks dad!), and I got a date with my husband tonight (thanks babe!)

My next projects will be the master closet and the loft. And of course this is still just organizing and cleaning. Decorating is still kind of on the back burner until after the family reunion.

Oh and the pointless answer of the day is no, I don't cook with alcohol, I would feel weird buying it, but yes I do partake of those kinds of dishes while eating out (though not rum cake)

To my LDS friends and family, do you use alcohol in your cooking?

It's OVER!!!

The wedding is over. It was beautiful, it was a lot of work, they're happy, and it's OVER!!!!



My head hit the pillow at 9:20 last night and I didn't move until 9 this morning...neither did anyone else in our household. We were sooooo tired.



We got some pretty amazing pictures, though only a few (and they were with Hanna's camera since mine died and I can't find the stinking charger)



But they won't upload on my computer and Hanna and my mom are the only ones with a card reader, so I'll have to post them later.



Now I have another party tonight (Mackey side) and then a family reunion in a couple weeks. At least I'm only on the talent show committee though so hopefully it won't entail too much work.



Off to swim and then to the party. Hopefully tomorrow is truly a rest day.



Our ward was split so church is at 1:30 (yay? probably not, that's pretty late)

Pointless answer of the day?

Jim has 22 pairs of shoes. We finally unpacked all of our bedroom junk and he put them all in the closet.

I gasped at the sight.

Then I counted them.

Then I blogged about it, because that's what cool people do.

I think the funnier part of this answer is that I'm quite certain he wears them too. He has at least 5 or 6 pairs of black dress shoes, and he seems to think he has an occasion for each of them. They all look the same to me.

I may have as many shoes as he does but at least mine all look different, so I'm justified right?

I just got the invitation to my 10 year high school reunion. Weird.

I can't believe it's been 10 years.

I've decided that I'm going to finish my bachelor's degree before I turn 30.

Caelan kept me up last night for almost 3 hours...she needs a muzzle.

I'm taking Ainsley out today for a Mommy Day. Usually it curbs the whining and crabbing for a few days which I could totally use right now.

My favorite white pants have a stain and even after soaking in oxyclean for many moons, it's still there.

I'm wearing them today anyway. Does that make me trashy? Or thrifty, since I won't buy another pair? Desperate perhapts? All three?

My mom's on a flight for the next 5 days, Jorden's in North Phoenix with her grandmother, Jim and I are working on the house this weekend (after mommy day of course).

I officially quit my job. Bittersweet. I'll miss the discount.

Taking a digital photography/photoshopping class this summer. I need pretty pictures.
